Service Policy

Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled for your convenience.

  • To avoid delays, schedule follow-up services before leaving.

Deposit Policy

  • A $70 deposit is required to book appointments.

  • Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable for late cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations.

  • Failure to provide notice results in a forfeited $70 deposit.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service.

Laser Treatment Guidelines

  • Six Weeks Before Treatment:

    • Discontinue waxing, tweezing, and use of hair removal creams/chemicals.

  • Two Weeks Before Treatment:

    • Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners.

    • Apply SPF 50+ sunscreen and use protective clothing like hats and sunglasses.

    • Notify us of any recent medications that cause photosensitivity.

Minor Policy

  • A parent/guardian must accompany minors receiving treatments.

  • A $70 deposit is required to reserve the appointment.

Ambiance Guidelines

  • Please mute cell phones to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for your treatment.

  • Avoid bringing valuables, as we are not responsible for lost/stolen items.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are not included in service costs but are greatly appreciated.

  • Payment methods: cash or Venmo only (no credit cards).
