Vernon graduated from swedish institute, college of health sciences in 2008. in 1994, vernon graduated from manhattan college, earning a b.s. degree in physical education/exercise science. in addition to being a massage therapist, he is also a personal trainer for the last 25 years. vernon also attended the mentorship program at the gray institute, the leader in functional movement, under physical therapist gary grey. he has experience working with clients who suffer from tmjd, text neck, shoulder pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, and back pain. his specialties include therapeutic massage, cupping therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, and swedish massage. whether you need work on an area of chronic pain, injury, or just relaxing massage, vernon is your massage therapist!
